We want you to love every piece from Muse Jewls. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. If you would like a different size, style, or color, please contact us at ShopMuseJewls@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom items (Angel Number Bracelets, Birthstone Bracelets, etc.)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
