Where We Ship Muse Jewls currently ships within the United States only.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Muse Jewls is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages Muse Jewls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
